All bookings are taken on the understanding that the customer has read and accepted all terms and conditions stated. AIAB will not accept any responsibility for the hirer not thoroughly reading and understanding all terms and conditions.

 

The booking invoice is a binding contract between AIAB and the hirer, and does not require a signature to confirm this. The transfer of monies, acts as the hirers signature and acceptance. Non signature is not sufficient to cancel this agreement.

Any questions regarding any of the terms, must be reported to AIAB within 28 days of the booking date.

Everything remains the sole property of AIAB at all times.

All items are for HIRE only unless otherwise stated.

 

Styling - There is a minimum spend of;

£2500

 

Any changes to the invoice after booking can only be made with the discretion of AIAB, subject to availability.

The hirer is solely responsible for all hired goods for the duration of the hire period and is fully responsible for any injury, death or damage to any persons or property.

AIAB cannot be held responsible for any injuries or death that occur during the duration of the hire period.

PAYMENT

 

A £250 booking fee is required to secure the booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.

The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to the event. Failure to pay the final instalment on time will result in the booking being cancelled.

All payments to be made via bank transfer. Paypal is only accepted at the discretion of AIAB.

Charges will be applied to any property hired that is damaged or lost. Full list of charges are available on request.

The booking is only secured after the £250 DEPOSIT booking fee has been received.

Payment of the booking fee is the hirers acceptance and understanding of all terms.

 

 

In the event of the a cancellation, all monies paid will be lost and remain the property of AIAB, regardless of how early the booking is cancelled.

AIAB will not incur any liability due to the contract not being fulfilled due to force majeure - such as extreme weather, flood, fire or any other acts of god. Every effort will be made in order to fulfil the contract.

HIRE ITEMS

 

Everything stated on the booking invoice will be provided at the event. It is the hirers responsibility to check this, and AIAB will not be held responsible if something is missing from the invoice without the hirer informing us. AIAB cannot be held responsible if items don’t match other hire items form external suppliers, or the overall look is not what the hirer had envisaged.

 

AIAB shall be granted full artistic licence during styling, set up and installation on the day. AIAB will make every decision in the best interest of the hirer. This may include altering colours, positioning, props and styling themes slightly in order to achieve a greater desired effect.

AIAB will not be held responsible for any loss, injury or death as a result of open flame. The hirer should ensure that candles are permitted and should take every precaution that these are used and maintained safely after AIAB have left the venue.

The hirer is solely responsible for all hired goods for the duration of the hire period and is fully responsible for any injury, death or damage to any persons or property. Any missing or damaged items upon collection will incur a charge and will be invoiced at the cost of the hirer.

 

AIAB cannot be held responsible for any injuries or death that occur during the duration of the hire period.

Any items significantly damaged that need to claimed against an insurance policy, the hirer is fully responsible for all excesses and any additional charges that result in an insurance claim.

AIAB will check all electrical devices and items (neons, audio guestbook etc). We leave clear signs stating on all plugs and electrical equipment that it must not be touched without prior consent. AIAB cannot be held responsible for any fault or electrical damage that has occured whilst your event is taking place. Where possible- AIAB will return to the event to solve any electrical issue but if this is not highlighted during the event AIAB cannot offer compensation for any faults after the event. If contacted after the event about an electrical fault, there is no matter for complaint.

AIAB will leave clear instructions on our electrical devices which will explain their purpose and how to use- Our audio guestbook includes clear instructions which state a beep must be heard (we advise you ask your wedding coordinator to check this regularly).

 

All linen in washed in non biological detergent and AIAB will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions due to this. All linens are ironed, however slight creasing may occur through transportation. This is not a matter for complaint.

Colours may vary from that of the picture, due to availability, lighting, camera etc. Colours will be sourced as close to the colour pictured as possible.

AIAB may use photography taken during the hire period, and is eligible to do so. We will not share any images before the event has taken place.

 

TREATS

​

The hirer accepts full responsibility of accepting and understanding ingredients/age guidelines of sweets and donuts and informing their guests of this information. Full ingredients of all sweets and donuts available on request.

AIAB cannot be held responsible for any injuries or death caused from the consumption of any sweets or donuts provided.

All sweets and donuts have been made in a factory also manufacturing nut products.

AIAB cannot be held responsible for any allergies, injuries or death resulting from nuts or other products.

Sweet and donut variations may vary due to availability.

Approx 100g of sweets per guest.

Vegetarian Sweet choices are available on request.

The Hirer is fully responsible for ensuring that children are supervised at all times during the hire period to avoid choking and to avoid any accidents around glassware. AIAB will not be responsible for such injuries or death.

AIAB cannot be held responsible for any safety issues regarding consumption of sweets and donuts or the use of any equipment used.

All glassware is cleaned and sterilised and sweets are filled at the venue.

 

INSURANCE

AIAB has full Public Liability insurance up to the sum of £2,000,000 and insurance certificate is available on request.
